The StyleSetter is an interactive technological form of a style co-ordinator, placed in changing rooms. It displays clothing choices on an aesthetically appealing flat screen and creates a very convenient selection of outfits which suit the consumer, saving time for a busy shopper and increasing sales for the retailer.
I came up with the idea for the StyleSetter whilst standing in a changing room myself. Confused by the amount of clothing on offer, the trends you are ‘supposed’ to wear and the lack of time I had to browse the stores for the perfect outfit, the lack of helpful sales assistants - I needed a solution! I realised that a suitable device was required, which would not only save the consumer time and enhance their experience, but also boost sales for the store retailer when the fast method of internet shopping is also at an all time high.

To become a successful Fashion Buyer for an innovative fashion retailer, such as Selfridges. I am also very interested in Marketing and Trend Forecasting.
I would like to be working for a successful fashion retailer in London, where I can progress and be successful within my career. One career route for me would be to work as a Fashion Buyer, having worked my way up from Buyers Admin Assistant to Junior Buyer, to Buyer on either Menswear or Womenswear. Another is to work in Marketing or Trend Forecasting in the City of London.
