Project Description:

Supermarket customers are always very short on time and require up to date fashion information very quickly when buying fashion purchases in supermarkets along with food and household items.

Better by George is a new visual scheme which aims to in “better” the brand by offering even more convenience and to the supermarket consumer on the shop floor - quickly and easily.

Project inspiration:

I have always wanted to do visual merchandising and chose to gain experience at George House, Asda-Walmart as fashion has been an incredible growth area for the supermarkets. I became very absorbed with the brand and wanted to create a workable visual merchandising scheme across the George stores aimed to make them more competitive by demonstrating the trends creatively and effectively to the consumer.

Ambition:

I have always loved visual merchandising, a very creative side of fashion which can be an exciting vehicle to express the brand and where window and store displays can hold much mystery and excitement for the consumer.

Still learning and gaining more experience to be the best at what I want to be within visual merchandising
