Ecouture Cafè is an ethical cafè for Selfridges that will bring ecology, luxury fashion using high technology. It will be a pop up concept, limited edition experience which offers luxurious organic menus and the most fashionable ethical clothing brands, using the latest technology to woo customers.
Pressing issues such as obesity and ethical consumerism also applies to luxury stores such as Selfridges, but such prestigious stores are leaders and not followers - the commercial issue was how to apply an innovative solution for a brand leader.
