A bespoke luxury shopping service for the M&S female customer with very little shopping time. Designed to bring the excitement of shopping and social enjoyment to the consumers home whilst being looked after by a trusted retail brand. In a society where multi-channel retailing is the way forward, this idea is about bringing back the personal touch to home shopping.
I went to a designer bag party at a ladies home in September 2007. Around 40 women turned up for this event and it was a great experience to meet new people, chat over a glass of wine and view what everyone wanted to purchase. Every woman left with at least one purchase and this is what inspired my idea.
