Project Title:
Maternal
Project Description:

My project examines a viable gap in the market for Coast for an occasional, realistically priced maternity range for their clientele for Spring / Summer 2009. Many of the target market are starting to have children later in life when they are more financially stable, but who want to look and feel fashionable whilst pregnant.

Project inspiration:

Inspiration originated from members of my family who became pregnant and were always moaning that they could never find any party outfits. The high street stores that supplied maternity wear offered clothes always looked too casual and unsuitable for occasional wear.
